Pastor Bill McCaskill and his wife, Kathy, have lived in the area since 1981 where Bill had been part of a very busy veterinary practice north of Elkhart Lake, and where they raised their four children, Jennifer, Joshua, Heather and Andrew, now adults. While Bill was a full time veterinarian, he and Kathy were also involved in a church planting ministry in Fond du Lac with the birth and development of Community Church in Fond du Lac. The veterinary profession is an unusual source for pastors, but frankly, new church startups require unusual pastors! Bill was “called” to full time church planting ministry and began the preparation. New Life Community Church was launched in 2003. Pastor Bill is the founding pastor of NLCC and continues on staff as a team leading pastor.
Pastor Aaron Martell and his wife, Theresa, have been married since 1996 and have two young children, Jayda and Caleb. Both Aaron and Theresa graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Aaron was a youth pastor for five years at North Haven Church in North St. Paul and for almost two years at Community Church in Fond du Lac. Since then he worked at Fond du Lac Bumper Exchange as the sales manager. Aaron joined the staff at New Life Community Church in August of 2006 as an associate pastor and is currently a team leading pastor with Pastor Bill. Both Aaron and Theresa were part of the launch team for New Life Community Church. Theresa enjoys being at home with her family and has creative passions for photography and scrapbooking. Aaron is an avid Packer fan and loves sports in general, as well as being with his family.
